Complex transportation requirements can only be met by qualified and motivated staff. This is guaranteed by our experienced, well-trained and reliable colleagues behind the wheel. This includes the provision of continuous training in the areas of cargo safety and the handling of hazardous goods.

For this reason, we continually invest in the training and development of our staff. Training is carried out on a regular basis, and focuses on the following areas:

• new driving laws
• securing cargo
• waste disposal laws
• driver safety training
• defensive and fuel-efficient driving
• correct use of digital tachographs
• customer-oriented conduct
• correct conduct in the event of an accident or breakdown.

In order to ensure that the daily working routine is as comfortable as possible for the drivers, the majority of whom have been working for us for many years, we only use modern vehicles that are technically well-equipped.

Moreover, we believe that a comfortable workplace and a positive working environment are the basic preconditions for staff to perform to the best of their abilities.

But we are always thinking about the future: For many years, we have invested heavily in training our own professional drivers as a proactive measure against the potential shortage of professional drivers, in order to be able maintain our current high standards of quality and service. We are currently training nine apprentice professional drivers.
