From Logistics to International Transport 

The logistics sector is one of the key drivers of growth in the German economy. Karl Michels GmbH & Co. KG operates at the forefront of the industry, continuously adapting its services to current developments, technologies, and challenges. Our services are divided into the areas of transport, logistics, warehousing, and silo handling. The proper, environmentally friendly, and safe execution of silo handling requires specialized expertise and equipment — all of which we have in-house.

Transport Logistics: Our focus is international, and our transport permits are cross-border. With our fleet, we also meet specific customer requirements such as silo transport, steel tippers, and walking floor trailers.

Warehouse Logistics: We offer storage space for both packaged and bulk goods. Available are 45,000 m² of open-air space, 3,000 m² of heated hall space, and an additional 9,000 m² of covered storage. Our warehouses also feature customer-friendly opening hours.

Service: A silo interior cleaning and drying system enables professional cleaning of silo vehicles. Additionally, the company operates a truck wash facility. Our in-house automotive workshop handles maintenance and repairs.

Tipper Trailer Transport

Our tipper trailers offer maximum flexibility for transporting bulk goods with volumes ranging from 28 to 55 m³. Equipped with hoppers, grain outlets, and roll tarpaulins, they are ideal for moisture-sensitive goods. High environmental compatibility and low life cycle costs make our fleet especially efficient and sustainable.

Silo Transport

Our modern silo vehicles, with volumes ranging from 42 to 63 m³, guarantee the safe transport of dust and flowable materials for both local and long-distance transportation. Thanks to various features such as interior coatings and soundproof covers, we specialize in demanding transport tasks — from raw materials and waste to specialized hazardous combustion ashes and dangerous goods.

Metal and Waste Transport

We offer national and international transportation for all metals and scrap with modern steel tipping trailers, which have a volume of up to 55 m³. Our vehicles are robust and equipped with roll-over tarpaulins to protect moisture-sensitive goods. As a certified waste disposal specialist, we transport all types of waste, including hazardous waste, across borders. Additionally, our vehicles are equipped to handle the transport of dangerous goods.

Tipping Trailer Transport

Our tipping trailer combinations offer maximum flexibility and safety in transportation. They enable the simultaneous transport of packaged and bulk goods, such as pallets on the tractor unit and bulk material on the trailer. Equipped with state-of-the-art load securing systems and capable of tipping on both sides, they safely and reliably transport up to 30 Euro pallets.

Walking-Floor

The Walking-Floor trailers offer flexible applications for palletized goods and bulk materials with a payload volume of 85 m³. Thanks to hydraulically movable slats, the load can be unloaded independently without tipping. This allows for safe and easy unloading in flat warehouses or on soft surfaces.

Tautliner Transports

Our air-suspended tautliners, with up to 34 pallet spaces, are equipped with all necessary tools for proper load securing. These include anti-slip mats, edge protectors, and an adequate number of tie-down straps. This ensures a safe and reliable transport of your goods at all times.
