On February 1, 2025, Karl Michels GmbH & Co. KG successfully participated for the second time in the Training Day at Realschule plus in Salz. The event offered students from grades 8 to 10 a valuable opportunity to learn about career prospects and training opportunities.

The shortage of skilled workers poses significant challenges across many industries — making it all the more important to provide young people with early guidance and opportunities for their professional futures. This was precisely our goal: with our own booth (Stand 5a in the front gymnasium), we presented our company, provided information about our apprenticeships, and answered numerous questions from interested youths. Many took the chance to establish direct contacts, arrange internships, or gather details about the requirements and process of training at Karl Michels GmbH & Co. KG.

We are pleased with the great interest and positive conversations and thank Realschule plus in Salz for organizing this important event. The Training Day once again demonstrated how vital personal interaction between companies and potential young talents is.
