On November 8, 2024, Karl Michels GmbH & Co. KG participated as an exhibitor at the Berufsinformationstag (Career Information Day) in Montabaur. The event, held in the Montabaur district sports halls, was organized by several local schools – including Anne-Frank-Realschule plus Montabaur, Heinrich-Roth-Realschule plus Montabaur, Theodor-Heuss-Realschule plus Wirges, and Freiherr-vom-Stein-Realschule plus Nentershausen. It offered students an excellent opportunity to explore training opportunities and gain practical insights into various career fields.

At our booth, we provided detailed information about the apprenticeships offered at Karl Michels GmbH & Co. KG. Many students took the chance to ask questions, speak directly with our team, and learn more about the requirements, career prospects, and development opportunities within our company. We were especially pleased with the high level of interest in our training programs and the willingness of students to engage in personal conversations.

In addition to the informative conversations, BIT Montabaur also provided an excellent opportunity to connect with other regional companies and educational institutions and to exchange ideas on current training trends. The event was professionally organized, and we would like to thank the participating schools as well as the team from Smiling Events for the smooth execution.
