On June 19, 2024, Karl Michels GmbH & Co. KG participated in the third open-air training fair held on the grounds of the Berufsbildende Schule (BBS) Montabaur. Organized by the Montabaur Employment Agency, the event offered young people a relaxed atmosphere to learn about various vocational training programs and dual study courses.

With over 80 participating companies from diverse industries, a wide range of career opportunities was showcased. Our team took the opportunity to provide interested students with insights into the diverse training opportunities at Karl Michels. The focus was on personal interaction and answering individual questions.

Despite the onset of rain in the late morning, the atmosphere remained positive, and many visitors took the opportunity to gather comprehensive information. We were especially pleased by the strong interest in our apprenticeship positions and the focused inquiries about development opportunities within our company.
