On 23 June 2025, the time had come: After successfully completing their training as freight forwarding and logistics services clerks, we officially welcomed Cora Ulb and Katharina Ergart to our team. To mark the occasion, our trainers, Sina and Albert, presented them with flowers and congratulations – a great moment for all of us.

At Karl Michels GmbH & Co. KG, we attach great importance to supporting and developing our trainees over the long term. Anyone who completes their training with us has the opportunity to take on responsibility and continue their professional journey in our company.

Cora now supports the Kipper/Plane dispatch department with order entry and invoicing. Katharina strengthens the administration team – both bring their knowledge, great commitment and, of course, their good mood to the job. And those who know them also know : there is always a cup of coffee on their desks.

We are delighted that they are staying with us and look forward to the new ideas they will bring to our daily work.
